SALES, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
General Terms & Currency
The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey’s effective buying rate on the guest’s check-in date will be used for currency exchange. For stays exceeding 30 days, the exchange rate will be updated at the beginning of each month.
Child Policy

• Children aged 0–6 stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents.
• Children aged 6–12 receive a 50% discount.
• If two children (in the 0–6 age range) stay in the same room, a charge of 50% of the room rate will apply.

Payment Methods
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required for long-term stays and early reservations. The remaining balance must be settled prior to check-in via Cash, Credit Card, Mail Order, etc. As our hotel is an e-invoice payer, invoices are automatically sent to the provided email addresses after the stay. If a printed invoice is required, please provide your billing details to the Front Office department on the day of arrival.
Check-out & Late Check-out
Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Depending on room availability, late check-out may be granted until 2:00 PM at the latest.

• For departures until 5:00 PM, 50% of the daily room rate will be charged.
• For departures after 5:00 PM, the full daily room rate will be charged.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Refundable Reservations:
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date, and the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total booking amount.
Non-Refundable Reservations:
For any cancellation made within 24 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the total room rate will be charged as a No-Show fee.
Group Reservations:
Cancellations for guaranteed group reservations must be submitted in writing by 4:00 PM local time on the arrival date at the latest. Otherwise, the cancellation will not be accepted, and a one-night No-Show fee will be invoiced to the reservation holder.
Fair, Congress, and Special Dates:
Cancellations made after 4:00 PM local time, 72 hours (3 days) prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a No-Show fee.
Early Departure Policy:
If a guest decides to check out earlier than the scheduled date during their stay:

1. The hotel must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
2. If a discounted Non-Refundable rate was applied due to a long-term stay, the rate will be converted to a Refundable (standard) rate. The cost for the days stayed will be recalculated at the standard rate, and the remaining balance from the total payment will be refunded accordingly.

REFUND CONDITIONS

• Refunds will only be processed to the Cash, Credit Card, or Bank Account belonging to the individual/entity that made the original payment.
• Refund processes are completed within 14 days, subject to public holidays and banking business days.
• The hotel reserves the right to credit the refundable amount toward the guest’s next reservation instead of a direct cash/card refund.
